Reportedly, an explosion at Tbilisi City Hall has killed one person, two individuals were injured, of those, one is in a critical state. Both have been hospitalised.

According to the preliminary reports, oxygen tank blew up.

Patrol police, fire-rescue and ambulance crews are mobilised on the ground.
