EuroBasket 2022 Qualifiers: Georgia defeats Finland

Georgia national basketball team has defeated Finland in the qualifying match of EuroBasket 2022 on Saturday.
The match ended with 85:91 in favour of the Georgians.
“This was a very important game. We live in a difficult time due to coronavirus. At such times, rejoicing people’s hearts means a lot to us. I am proud of my team,” said Tornike Shengelia, the Captain of the Georgia national team.
The next qualifying match with the Swiss team will be held on November 30 at 18:00 Tbilisi time.
