Driving licenses of C, CE, D and DE categories issued before 2014 not valid from today
The driving licenses of C, CE, D and DE categories as well as corresponding sub-categories issued before March 1, 2014, are not valid starting from March 1.
According to Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) drivers, who did not renew the driving license of these categories, are not allowed to drive the relevant categories of vehicles.
The driving licenses can be replaced with those of new design at any branch office of Service Centers of MIA. Drivers should present a health certificate, identity card and the old driving license. The cost for replacement of a driving license is 15 GEL.
