Several dozen people donated a solid amount of money to an independent presidential candidate supported by the ruling team Salome Zurabishvili in the period of October 10-15.
According to the declaration published by the State Audit Office, the donors include Poti Majoritarian (single mandate) MP Irakli Khakhubia, as well as several businessmen, including Zurab Bubuteishvili, Executive Director of the Sarajishvili company, Chichiko Goletiani, owner of 100% shares of the Kakhelebi company, and Bondo Goletiani, shareholder of Georgian Mobile Import.
More specifically, Irakli Khakhubia donated 60 000 GEL, Zurab Bubuteishvili – 50 000 GEL, Chichiko Goletiani – 35 000 GEL and Bondo Goletiani – 25 000 GEL, Gocha Kurdgelia – 40 000 GEL, Artur Arabian – 25 000 GEL, Paata Kokaia – 55 000 GEL, Merab Kutsukashvili – 15 000 GEL, Tamar Gelovani – 25 000 GEL, Gia Adamia – GEL 15 000, Lekso Goletiani – 7 994 GEL, Shalva Eristavi – 60 000 GEL, Zaza Charkviani – 20 000 GEL, Davit Dugladze – 10 000 GEL, Roman Abramishvili – 60 000 GEL, Giorgi Abramishvili – 60 000 GEL, Giorgi Natroshcili – 24 000 GEL, Zuran Svanidze – 5 000 GEL, Giorgi Chakvetadze – 45 000 GEL, Giorgi Makhatadze – 55 000 GEL, Giorgi Matinenko – 25 000 GEL, Besik Jobava – 25 000 GEL, Giorgi Chitashvili – 5 000 GEL, Davit Mukbaniania – 10 000 GEL, Giorgi Tatuashvili – 7 000 GEL, Zaza Tsiskaridze – 15 000 GEL, Natia Khvistani – 50 000 GEL, Tamar Gamgoneishvili – 5 000 GEL, Levan Iorashvili – 7 000 GEL.
