Deputy Agriculture Minister partakes in GFFA 2024 in Berlin

The Georgian Deputy Minister of Environment and Agriculture, Tengiz Nasaridze, participated in the opening of the Global Food and Agriculture Forum (GFFA 2024) in Berlin and the 16th ministerial meeting held within the forum.

The agriculture ministers from more than 60 countries and high-level representatives of international organizations attended the forum.

The participants discussed the perspectives of agricultural development, emphasizing the joint efforts to overcome contemporary challenges.

The Deputy Minister partook in thematic conferences addressing the European integration of Eastern European countries, progress achieved, and existing challenges.

In his speech, the deputy minister emphasized the food security challenges, underscoring the joint actions among countries in overcoming these challenges.
