Court of Appeals rejects all ISFED complaints, overturns Gori Court's ballot recount decision
The Court of Appeals has rejected all three appeals filed by the International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) and overturned the Gori District Court’s decision regarding the recount of invalid ballots from 15 polling stations.
The Court of Appeals judges Ilona Todua, Tamar Oniani, and Nana Chichiashvili made this decision after approximately three hours of deliberation.
The Gori District Court ruled the recounting of the invalid ballots on November 4.
