Control on grapes quality will be tightened within the framework of 2021 vintage to improve the quality of the Georgian wine, the Ministry of Environment and Agriculture reported.
According to the Ministry, the amount of sugar set by the relevant normative documentation, determines the quality of grapes that reflects its market price.
Otar Shamugia, Deputy Minister of Environment and Agriculture discussed 2021 vintage related issues with Kakheti Regional Administration heads, local Majoritarian MPs and Municipal Mayors during the meeting in Telavi city.
