CEC Speaker: Majority of PEC members signed summary protocols; making any subsequent allegations of violations surprising

The Speaker of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Natia Ioseliani, announced Sunday that the CEC has completed processing all complaints, which are now under court review.

“The summary protocols have been signed by the majority of Precinct Election Commission (PEC) members, making any subsequent allegations of violations is surprising,” Ioseliani stated.

“The narrative about deserted villages is as manipulation as comparing voter data to Geostat’s statistics. We witnessed unprecedented voter participation on October 26.”

In Georgia, citizens vote at their registered addresses. While people may live elsewhere, they must cast their ballots where they are officially registered,” she stated.

Regarding legal matters, Ioseliani confirmed the CEC’s collaboration with law enforcement: “We have referred serious Election Day allegations to the Prosecutor’s Office. The CEC initiated investigations into all potentially criminal violations.”
