- Mtatsminda and Krtsanisi districts – Georgian Dream, Beka Odisharia – 44.81% (21,690 votes); European Georgia, Shalva Shavgulidze – 29.45% (14,254 votes);
- Vake district – Georgian Dream, Nodar Turdzeladze – 42.24% (25,333 votes); European Georgia, Elene Khoshtaria – 35.55% (21,320 votes);
- Saburtalo district – Georgian Dream, Davit Sergeenko – 43.23%, (31,459 votes); ‘Citizens,’ Aleko Elisashvili – 19.16% (13,940 votes);
- Isani district – Georgian Dream, Kakha Kakhishvili – 46.73% (24 834 votes); United National Movement, Khatia Dekanoidze – 27.24% (14,475 votes);
- Samgori district – Georgian Dream, Sozar Subari 45.87% (32,199 votes); United National Movement, Levan Khabeishvili – 39.18% (27,505 votes);
- Didube and Chugureti districts – Georgian Dream, Giorgi Volski – 42.74% (29,403 votes); Independent candidate Ana Dolidze 20.99% (14,437 votes);
- Nadzaladevi district – Georgian Dream, Mikheil Kavelashvili – 43.76% (28,584 votes); Labor Party, Shalva Natelashvili – 25.01% (16,339 votes);
- Gldani district – United National Movement, Nikanor Melia – 43,844% (30,767 votes); Georgian Dream, Levan Kobiashvili 42.73% (29,990 votes).
