Candidate PM: Occupation and Euro-Atlantic Integration to be main priorities

We focus on two main fields of action. These are the occupation and further deepening of cooperation with the Euro-Atlantic structures, NATO and increasing the compatibility of our troops, candidate Prime Minister of Georgia, Giorgi Gakharia, declared at the meeting with the Georgian Dream faction at the parliament on Wednesday.

The Head of the government noted that the strategic document of Georgia’s national security is being updated, and the Security Council has already started working on it.

“Our main challenge today is the occupation. We are working in two main areas, the occupation and further deepening of cooperation with the Euro-Atlantic structures. It is the main direction, conceptually, strategically, that we must continue and implement, to bring it to the final logical result,” the candidate Prime Minister said.
