Botanic Garden to host Bread Festival

Georgian National Botanic Garden will host the Bread Festival for the fourth time this year on September 23-24, the Tbilisi City Hall said.

Bread-making companies will participate and present their products. Viewers will see illustrations about wheat endemic spices, old traditions and historic photos, taste various products, attend master classes, and compete in thematic competitions.

The “Mchieli” Ensemble will open the festival. Giorgi Tskhadadze, Tako Kakalashvili and the Band will sing for the guests.

The two-day festival will be open from noon to 6 p.m.
