Bank regulations, planned to be activated starting November 1, adjourned
The new bank regulations, which were planned to be activated starting November 1, have been adjourned. The National Bank of Georgia (NBG) confirmed the information to First Channel.
According to NBG, the scheduled regulations were lessened, and work on finalization of the technical details is ongoing.
The new regulations mainly concerned the rule of issuance of loans to physical persons (mortgage, consumer credits, etc).
