Baltics and Iceland FMs arrive in Georgia

Foreign Ministers of Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania and Iceland, Baiba Braže, Margus Tsahkna, Gabrielius Landsbergis, and Thórdís Kolbrún Reykfjörd Gylfadóttir, arrived in Georgia.

“We have landed in Georgia. When times are challenging, you can count on your friends,” wrote Margus Tsahkna.

“Landed in Tbilisi, where another battle for democracy, freedom and European future is taking place,” said Gabrielius Landsbergis.

The FMs will meet with Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili, Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili, Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili, parliamentary opposition parties, government members and civic society organizations.
