Armenia's President starts Georgia visit

Armenia’s President Vahagn Khachaturian has started his official visit to Georgia. The official welcoming ceremony will be held at the Orbeliani Palace, the press service of the Presidential Administration of Georgia reports.

President Khachaturian and his Georgian colleague Salome Zourabichvili will make joint statements following the meeting.

As part of the visit, Armenia’s President will meet with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili.

Vahagn Khachaturian will also lay a wreath at the memorial to the heroes who died in the struggle for the unity of Georgia.
