Georgian actor Tengiz Archvadze died at the age of 91, the Kote Marjanishvili Theater announced.
Tengiz Archvadze is known for TV roles, among them in Shekhvedra Mtashi (1966), The Right Hand of the Grand Master (1969) Anarekli (1974) and Data Tutashkhia.
He has received awards, prizes and awards: Honorary Citizen of Tbilisi, Presidential Order of Excellence, Saguramo Award, Order of Honor, Shota Rustaveli State Award named, People’s Artist of Georgia, Honored Artist of Georgia.
