Acting US Ambassador: I'm glad that I had opportunity to observe process of how Georgian voters expressed their will

We are waiting for the results of the Central Election Commission, as well as other organizations’ assessments and then will make a statement, – Ross Wilson, acting US Ambassador to Georgia responded to the questions of Journalists about the second round of elections.

As Ambassador Ross Wilson noted, he was observing elections yesterday.

“First of all, the elections are fundamental and important for any democracy. Consequently, we support the elections. I’m glad that I had the opportunity to participate and observe the process of how the Georgian voters expressed their will. We are waiting for the results of the Central Election Commission, as well as other organizations’ assessments and then will make a statement”, – the acting US Ambassador stated.
