According to World Economic Freedom Report, Georgia is ahead of 19 NATO members, 16 EU states, Speaker says

Based on the 2023 World Economic Freedom Report of the Fraser Institute, an independent non-partisan research and educational organization based in Canada, Georgia advanced by 2 steps and ranks 15th in Europe, and 25th – in the world, Georgian Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili wrote on Facebook.

According to the Speaker, according to the World Economic Freedom Report, Georgia is ahead of 19 NATO members, 16 EU states and all EU candidate countries.

“This is Georgia’s another solid sucess expressed in objective facts instead of subjective perceptions,” he said.

Also, the Speaker noted that in Unbiased Court category, Georgia outruns the EU’s four member states given the condition when Georgia does not have a EU candidate status.
