5 with fever taken to Tbilisi Infectious Hospital from Lagodekhi check-point

Five Georgian citizens with fiver were taken to Tbilisi Infectious Hospital from the check-point in Lagodekhi (Kakheti region) at Georgian- Azerbaijani border.

Neli Khizanishvili, head of the Kakheti regional department of the National Centre for Disease Control said that the number of citizens placed in the quarantine area has increased to 130. Their health condition is good.

According to the latest data, 198 persons are in self-isolation in Kakheti. Three more citizens were placed in quarantine for violating the rule of self-isolation.

Kakheti Governor Irakli Kadagishvili, said that in the wake of the virus outbreak, Nowruz can not be celebrated on a grand scale.
