3 citizens of Iran were detained for illegal purchase and keeping of narcotic drugs

3 citizens of Iran were detained for illegal purchase, keeping and selling of narcotic drugs at the electronic music festival in Anaklia, Zugdidi district today.

Police seized various narcotic drugs during the search of the mentioned persons.

An investigation is underway under Article 260, Part IV of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

Four persons have been detained for drug crime at the electronic music festival in the village of Ganmukhuri on August 25, 2018, – the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports.

Two Georgian and two Iranian citizens were arrested. According to the agency, the investigative activities were conducted by the employees of Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti Police Department and Central Criminal Police Department.
