13 patients were transferred to Republican Hospital for observation
According to Levan Gobrodze, director of the Republican Hospital, 13 patients were transferred to the clinic last night for observation.
As he notes, they have no clear symptoms of coronavirus. According to him, there is no danger that the infection will spread from the isolated space.
“All the patients were discharged from the Republican Hospital yesterday, the remaining six patients are completely isolated from the area. Today, they will leave the clinic as well. There is no danger that the infection will spread from isolated space. The clinic will move to a full emergency regime today, ”said Levan Gobrodze.
According to the Director, the hospital can accommodate up to 88 patients.
The Tbilisi Republican Hospital will be declared as a quarantine zone regarding the novel coronavirus cases reported in Georgia.
