President Pardoned 111 Inmates

Giorgi Margvelashvili, President of Georgia has signed a decree of pardon, according to which in total 111 inmates are granted clemency, – Zviad Koridze, Head of the Pardon Commission made the regarding statement at a briefing held today.
According to Zviad Koridze, 42 inmates, among them three females and one minor will be released from penitentiary institutions today; while 69 inmates, among them four females and six minors get various forms of sentence commutations.
