Varlam Liparteliani in Final of World Championship [Video]

Varlam Liparteliani, Captain of the Georgian judo team in the 100-kg weight category, has qualified for the Final at Judo World Championship 2019 in Paris, France.

In the semi-final, Georgian judoka competed against South Korean Guham CHO and defeated him. The final block will start at 20:00 Tbilisi time.

As a reminder, the Georgian team has already gained three medals at the ongoing Grand Slam in Paris. Vazha Margvelashvili (66 kg) got the Silver Medal and Lasha Shavdatuashvili (73kg) and Teimuraz Nozadze (60kg) Bronze Medals.
