Before entering a state border, Georgian citizens that obtain negative PCR test less than 72 hours old, will have to self-isolate for 8 days, announced Berdia Sichinava, Deputy Head of the Task Force under the Interagency Coordination on COVID-19.

“If Georgian citizens do not obtain a negative PCR test, they will have to enter 12-day self-isolation instead of quarantine. Those who are not able to self-isolate, the government will provide them with accommodation in hotels,” Sichinava said.
