UNM to change protest form

“We talked about changing the form of rallies not to give an additional reason to the government to talk about the disruption of negotiations”, Zaal Udumashvili, a member of the United National Movement, stated on Tuesday.

Zaal Udumashvili complained the opposition was accused of radicalism despite holding a peaceful rally in front of the parliament building.

“Today’s rally was peaceful, without any blockade. Nevertheless, we have heard some accusations from the Head of government about radicalism. We decided to change the form of the protest not to give extra reason to the government for disrupting negotiations”, Udumashvili said.
