Two out of newly confirmed cases of coronavirus revealed in Marneuli

Two patients placed at Geo Hospital in Marneuli town of Kvemo Kartli region tested positive on novel coronavirus. The results were received from Lugar Research Center.

The infected patients will be transferred to Tbilisi. They both have double pneumonia and fever. The health condition of other infected patients in Marneuli is stable as doctors claim.

The number of people infected with novel coronavirus increased up to 110 in Georgia.

The information was recently updated on a special website stopcov.ge created by the Georgian government.

According to the official data, 21 patients have fully recovered from the virus. There are 4995 people remaining in quarantine and 278 — in inpatient care.
