Twenty-two patients died of COVID-19 in Georgia in the last 24 hours – Aleksandre Khojevanishvili, Head of the Task Force operating at the Inter-Agency Coordination Council stated at a briefing held at the government administration.

The death toll stands at 423 in the country. Georgia has reported 2 775 new coronavirus cases today bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 51 993.

The 3 560 more patients recovered from the virus. The number of recovered patients reached 37 019.
