Turkey says Wuhan evacuees have no signs of coronavirus

“Wuhan evacuees, who arrived in Ankara have no signs of the coronavirus,” Turkey’s health minister Fahrettin Koca told reporters earlier today.

The evacuees include three citizens of Georgia. All of them will go through a two-week quarantine before arriving in Georgia.

Fahrettin Koca noted that the sample tests on 42 evacuees airlifted from Wuhan will be released on Monday.

The coronavirus has killed at least 304 people in China, with over 14,000 infected.

Turkey has not recorded the cases of the coronavirus so far.
