Travelers to EU will have to take lie detection test

The travelers to the countries of the European Union will have to take a lie detection test. The EU plans to install new defense systems at its borders.

The new computer program will check passports, visas and other documents of visitors. The visitors will be asked several questions.

If a visitor passes the lie detection test successfully, he/she will not be checked by representatives of Border Service, otherwise, he/she will have to undergo through border and customs control procedures.

The new system will be first activated at borders with Lithuania, Hungary, and Greece. The system is a part of iBordedControl Project.

The EU member countries are visited by about 700 million people every year.
