If there is a threat for disruption of Election Commission sitting, the Election Constituency Commission and District Commissions have legal tools to apply to law enforcers to ensure public order – Levan Natroshvili, a representative of Transparency International-Georgia said when commenting about elections related processes in Zugdidi town of western Samegrelo region.

Representatives of the National Movement Party tried to intrude into the sitting hall. “There are cases when the election commission is not allowed to fulfill its duties,” Natroshvili said. He also called on political parties for constructive work and for carrying out their activities in compliance with the law, in a calm atmosphere and without tension.
