Family of Maia Otinashvili received information from Red Cross that detainee did not have physical injuries

The family of Maia Otinashvili, a 37-year-old Georgian woman detained by the occupation regime, received information from the Red Cross representatives that the detainee did not have physical injuries.

According to family, yesterday Red Cross representatives contacted them and briefed the information.

Georgia’s Public Defender Nino Lomjaria wrote on Facebook yesterday that according to the family Maia Otinashvili detained by Russian soldiers is physically assaulted.

Maia Otinashvili, a 37-year-old Georgian woman who was detained by the occupational regime near the village Khurvaleti of Gori Municipality of Shida Kartli region on September 29, was imposed to 10-day pre-trial imprisonment by de-facto Prosecutor’s Office.
