Technical inspection is required for whole vehicle fleet from January 1

From January 1, 2019, technical inspections will be mandatory for the entire vehicle fleet. The cars, whose engine size is less than 3 thousand cm ³, will be checked.

Technical inspections will depend on the date of registration of the car. For example, if a car registration certificate was issued on October 28, 2013, the vehicle must be inspected before October 28, 2019.

For the cars up to four years, inspection is not required. From 4 to 8 years cars will be inspected every two years. Cars over 8 years will have to pass inspection annually.
