Tea Tsulukiani: It came as a surprise to me to learn about Nino Gvenetadze's decision

It came as a surprise to me to learn about Nino Gvenetadze’s decision on resignation, I learnt it from media and I’m going to talk to her, – Minister of Justice Tea Tsulukiani said.

According to her, she did not have contact with Nino Gvenetadze for several weeks.

To the question whether this decision can be linked to so called Cyanide Case, Minister says that she rules out any such kind of connection.

“I absolutely exclude that Nino Gvenetadze’s decision is related to any internal processes or especially to Cyanide Case.  I don’t think that I’m wrong about it, despite the fact that I’ve not even had a phone contact with her. It came as a surprise to me to learn about Nino Gvenetadze’s decision on resignation, I learnt it from media and I’m going to talk to her”,  – Tea Tsulukiani said.

Nino Gvenetadze resigned from the post of the Chairperson of the Supreme Court and the High Council of Justice today.
