Tbilisi City Hall suggests delivering used New Year Trees and Chichilakis to special places

The Tbilisi City Hall suggests the population delivering of used New Year Trees and Chichilakis (a Georgian traditional Christmas tree made from dried hazelnut or walnut branches that are shaved to form a small coniferous tree) to special places within the framework of “Care for the City” Campaign.

Kakha Kaladze, Tbilisi Mayor said during the city governmental sitting that locals can bring the used New Trees and Chichilakis at Vake Park, Kikvidze Garden, Rike Park and Vere Garden instead of putting them in garbage containers. The used trees will be then recycled and used in different directions.
