Tariff for wheat rail transportation from Georgia to Armenia halved

Tariff for wheat rail transportation from Georgia to Armenia has been halved, – the Georgian Railway confirms this information.

The decision has been enacted since September 1. It concerns to Poti-Yerevan rail route.

Land transportation of wheat cargo will be banned From September 15 in Georgia.  The decision is reasoned by overcrowding at Larsi checkpoint, which hinders free movement of tourists.
