SSG detains seven for producing fake Covid passports

Anti-Corruption Agency of the State Security Service of Georgia (SSG) detained seven individuals for producing fake Covid-vaccination documents, the so-called Covid passports, in return for money.

The investigation determined that four people sold the Pfizer immunization document for EUR 350, while three forgers made and issued the counterfeit Sinopharm vaccination paper in return for GEL 400.

The swindlers were detained red-handed. SSG continues to further probe into the case.
