Sergio Mattarella – Georgia showed itself as being a reliable partner to Italy and EU

Georgia showed itself as being a reliable and stable partner to Italy and the European Union – Italian President Sergio Mattarella said during his speech given at Georgia-Italy Business Forum.

Mattarella said that the meetings with heads of Georgian institutions convinced him that the ruling team has a clear goal in carrying out of reforms needed for modernization and development of economy and strengthening of democracy.

Also according to President, Italy respects Georgia’s European aspirations and the European path.
