Salome Zurabishvili will pay an official visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan

President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili will pay an official visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan. President’s visit to Baku will start on February 27.

According to the press office of the presidential administration, the goal of the visit is to continue and develop the strategic partnership with Azerbaijan as a neighboring state.

As a part of the visit, the President of Georgia will meet the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The meeting will be held within face to face and extended formats. Salome Zurabishvili and Ilham Aliyev will present the details of the meeting at a joint press conference.

Salome Zurabishvili will hold meetings with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Novruz Mammadov and Chairman of the Parliament of Azerbaijan Ogtay Asadov.

She will also hold meetings with Georgian students and representatives of business circles.
