Representative of Russia avoided questions of First Channel’s Journalist at Strasbourg Court

First Channel inquired how it was possible to falsify videos reflecting human torture and explosions in Goti town center.

During the final oral hearing into case Georgia vs. Russia, the Russian side tried to persuade judges of Grand Chamber that evidences presented by the Georgian side were forged.

The Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights considered a suit filed by Georgia against Russia in connection with the 2008 armed conflict between Georgia and Russia.
