Weather forecasters also prognosticate a strong wind, dense fog and blizzard in the mountainous regions and storm in the magnitude 4-5 at the Black Sea.

The National Environment Agency warns that abundant precipitation may cause the formation of avalanches and activation of land sliding processes.
