The police in Minsk used rubber bullets and tear gas to disperse protesters near the Pushkinskaya metro station on Sunday, Reuters reported.

Mobile internet has been down across the city, several metro stations stopped working, according to the witness.

Based on reports, the police also are arresting demonstrators in Minsk.

Dozens of people in Minsk demonstrating against Alexander Lukashenko who won Presidential elections on August 9. The opposition and their supporters do not recognize the election results and say the elections were rigged.
