Based on the data as per December 11, 2018, the 100 points on a driving license were annulled to 90 people – Ministry of Internal Affairs told First Channel.

Therefore, driving right was suspended to these drivers.  The 994 108 drivers managed to preserve all the 100 points.

A total of 1 230 689 people have the driving license in the country. Not a single point has been annulled in case of 81% of drivers.

The points system has been activated since July 1, 2017. If the points are annulled, a driver is suspended the right to drive. He/she can either take a driving test repeatedly or wait for the next year when 100 points are added again to the license.

Points extraction system is acting in case of being penalized face-to-face by the Patrol Police.
