Georgian Prime Minister on March 16 will be presented the list of clinics from across Georgia, which will act in coordination with Healthcare Ministry in case of necessity.
PM Giorgi Gakharia gave the instruction during the meeting of Ekaterine Tikaradze, Minister of Health with heads of the state medical institutions.
Amiran Gamkrelidze, Head of the National Center for Diseases Control and Public Health and Paata Imnadze, Deputy Head of the Center also attended the meeting.
According to PM, readiness of the healthcare system for possible increase of patients was important and plans had to be made in advance about distribution of infected persons to different regions.
Gakharia also instructed creation of a special group of doctors who would provide remote consultations to regional hospitals about how to manage inflows of patients.
