PM grants Hero of “New Week” title of “Child of Mountains”

Giorgi Kochkiani, the 13-year-old hero of “New Week” Program of First Channel was granted the title of “Child of Mountains” by Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze.

“I want to set an example of Giorgi how patriots, talented and frank generations are brought up in the mountains. This is the main reason why our friends like Georgia so much. Future generations like Giorgi should live in the mountains. This will be a response to those people, who claim that preservation of the population in the mountains is ineffective, “Bakhtadze said.

Giorgi Kochkiani said that he was proud of living in the mountains with fresh air, no exhaust fumes and many tourists around.
