Places to be allocated to young painters in underground passages

Places will be allocated to young painters in underground passages in Tbilisi – a new project will be launched with the support of Tbilisi City Hall.

The project participants will be given the drawing material. Applications will be received through the web-page of Tbilisi City Hall.

The festival’s organizational group will evaluate the test works with the criteria: “No Politics,” “No Filthiness,” No Religion,” “No Advertising.”

Revision of test works and the made decisions will become known within 5-day term after submitting an application by an interested person.
