Out of new coronavirus cases, 1 197 revealed in Tbilisi, 620- Adjara, 438 – Imereti

Out of 2 859 new coronavirus cases reported in Georgia, 1 197 were revealed in Tbilisi, 620 – in Adjara, 438- Imereti – Aleksandre Khojevanishvili, Head of the Task Force operating at the Inter-Agency Coordination Council stated at a briefing held at the government administration.

Other cases are distributed to different regions of Georgia: Kvemo Kartli -109, Shida Kartli – 62, Guria – 63, Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti – 138, Kakheti-94, Mtskheta-Mtianeti-38, Samtskhe-Javakheti- 72, Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti-28.

Georgia reported 2 859 new COVID-19 cases, 2 754 recoveries and 18 deaths today.

The total number of confirmed cases is 54 852. The number of recovered patients reached 39 773. The virus-related death toll stands at 441.
