Out of 448 new coronavirus cases, 241 are linked to Adjara, 98 to Imereti, 62 to Tbilisi, 15 to Samegrelo Zemo-Svaneti, nine to Samtskhe-Javakheti, Guria and Shida Kartli – seven, two to Kakheti and six are imported cases said Marina Endeladze, the director of the boxed ward of the Infectious Diseases Hospital.

Marina Endeladze noted that, at this stage, among 3 155 coronavirus patients, 35 are in a critical state, of those, 33 have been put on artificial respiration. Nine of them have been transferred from occupied Abkhazia.

Georgia has reported 448 new cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) today, bringing the total number of infected people to 6 640, according to stopcov.ge, a special webpage created by the Georgian government.
