OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ann Linde, welcomed the release of 15 Armenian detainees by Azerbaijan.

These confidence-building measures can help create the atmosphere for talks under the auspices of Minsk Co-Chairs. Happy to work with Georgia, United States, European Union”, Ann Linde tweeted.
With the active participation of Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, and engagement from the US Acting Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, Philip Reeker, the Azerbaijani side released 15 Armenian citizens, who were previously captured during the conflict.
