The opposition is holding a rally on Rustaveli Avenue in Tbilisi.

According to the rally organizers, they are trying to inform US Secretary of State Michael Pompeo on elections.

Protesters plan to form a human chain with a two-meters distance.

“First of all, we are grateful to the United States for its support for the development of democratic processes in Georgia for so many years. The second and main message will be the rigged elections that took place on October 31,” Zaal Udumashvili said.

Secretary Pompeo is holding meetings with Georgian President, Prime Minister, Foreign Minister, the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II and civil society.
