Officers of Anti-Corruption Agency of State Security Service detained a citizen on charge of offering bribe to public official of Kutaisi Municipality in return to giving him a permit to carry out construction and reconstruction works at a building without project.

The amount of the offered bribe was 3 thousand GEL. The charge envisages imprisonment term from 4 to 7 years. Investigation into the case is ongoing.
