One man detained on charge of illegal keeping of weapons

Officers of Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) detained one man born in 1965 on charge of illegal keeping of weapons in Dusheti town. The detainee is previously convicted and is being under conditional sentence.

Law enforcers confiscated Kalashnikov type of a rifle and bullets upon search of the detainees’ house. The charge envisages up to 4 years in prison. Investigation into the case is ongoing.
